❂ Character Information ❂
Character Name: Tina Marrero, she might let you call her "T" if she likes you.

Character Canon: FX's The Bear

Canon Iteration: Original canon

Character Age: 52

Character Species: Human

❂ Out of Character Permissions ❂
Backtagging: Absolutely!

Fourth walling: No.

Thread-hopping: Sure. She works in a chaotic restaurant environment. Thead-hopping would totally be her speed.

Content warnings and sensitive subjects: I personally do not like any sort of non-consensual cr or anything related to assault.

Anything else: Tina can be distrusting with new people and resilient to new things. If this is happening to your character and you feel uncomfortable with the interactions please feel free to let me know and we can talk things out.

Tina is not a character used in any kind of shipping situations. She is happily married to her husband David.
❂ In Character Permissions ❂
Physical affection: Only for those she knows and trusts. Tina is not one to give her trust easily, but when she does she is very affectionate (i.e. hugging, pats on the back, pinching cheeks, etc.) She has big mom vibes!

Romance: Tina has a family back home and she is happily married. She is not open to any new romantic relationships.

Violence: Tina's been in heated situations before in the kitchen where she has thrown things, knocked things over and seen a chef stab another chef. She herself is not a violent person but would be able to defend herself in extreme situations. She doesn't attack people and would be more likely to run away from someone attacking her than attacking back. I think the exception would be if she was trying to defend someone that she cared about.

Let's plan anything related to violence before jumping in with both feet, please! ♥️♥️

Injuries: I'm fine with Tina getting hurt but no life-threatening injuries, please! She's pretty tough considering cooks are often cut, sliced, diced, burned, stressed and pushed to the extreme. If Tina is hurt she's going to likely keep it to herself and try to take care of everything without any help. This is just her personality-- she doesn't like being vulnerable.

Let's plan anything related to violence before jumping in with both feet, please! ♥️♥️

Death: For now I'm going to say I would rather not have Tina die. I don't think that would add anything to her character development.

Telepathy and mind-reading: Anyone with a mind-reading ability would be able to see a memory like this. Tina would have lots of memories of her son growing up, everything from a happy child to butting heads with a teenager. Overall her priorities and "weaknesses" would come from her love of her family. Her husband is her best friend and any memories involving him would be fond and loving.

Content warnings and sensitive subjects related to the character: Death by s*icide (memories related to her friend and boss Mikey), ageism, fired from job, maternal characters

Tina can be very motherly and often steps in to take care of people. I understand some characters have maternal issues and may not be receptive to this. If I miss something from your permissions post and you or your character feel uncomfortable in an interaction with Tina, please let me know.

Tina is a person who started a new career later in life. Ageism may be an issue that comes up as she has experienced it in several aspects of her life.

Tina's good friend Michael died by s*icide. It's unlikely to come up however she does mourn him. I am not interested in revisiting this memory for any sort of event. This character is played by Jon Bernthal: I'm aware there are pleeeeenty of other characters around with his face. She would have a hard time with it at first, however after spending so much time with Mikey she would be able to tell fairly quickly they were different people. From that point she would treat said Jon Bernthal character as their own person and separate them from Mikey.

Content warnings and sensitive subjects this character won't be involved in: Non-con, torture, sex, shipping and romance
